What people do not understand is that not all banks lend to all business/commercial property types. Banks have a particular wheelhouse of what they will lend. A client can spend time going from bank to bank applying for a business loans and not know that the bank does not lend on that type of property/business/etc. In the meantime, the client is wasting their time or lowering their credit score.
